BC省重启正式进入第三阶段，大家的生活都在逐渐恢复正常，而人们最关心的房市，也正以惊人的速度回升。
昨天，大温地产局（Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver，REBGV）公布了6月房市的月度数据，令不少人都大吃一惊。
数据显示，2020年6月，大温地区的房屋销量为2443套，和今年5月份1485套的销量对比，本月销量暴涨了64.5%！
不仅如此，即使和去年同期不受疫情影响的时候相比，销量还是要高了17.6%。
这样的数据非常振奋人心，看来在全BC省重启的过程中，房市也正乘着这股东风快速恢复。
不过，今年5月以及去年6月都处在房市的低谷时期，如果要和大温近10年来6月的平均销量相比，还是要低上了21.9%
